About the Artist

Pahola Kissel is an artist, wife and mother. She’s called Pensacola her home since she moved here with her mother 20 years ago from South Florida.  She was raised in Melbourne Florida , and moved to Miami to attend college and grad school . She graduated from St. Thomas law school with a jurist doctorate degree . This Colombian /American  artist lives a happy, quiet life with her husband and her two daughters.  She now dedicates her life to her family and her art.  She discovered her passion for the arts at a very early age. Throughout her life she has expressed and practiced in different forms of art , as well as different mediums. She started with oils  and charcoal  and has painted several murals throughout Florida for businesses .  In  her most recent work she enjoys painting with acrylics as well as having fun  experimenting with other medium like coffee stains, beads, pearls and crystals.   Most recently some of her work was seen at Artel Gallery Pensacola, the Monochrome Series from March 31 thru May 6th, 2022.  Thank you for visiting Kissel Art!
